A New Center of Hope

Vision for serving the greater community

We're excited to introduce our new location on Fenton Road!

Our new home is just in front of Camp Copneconic. At the Center of Hope our ministry remains unchanged, our vision is to love and serve our neighbors who are hungry, hurting, in need, or in crisis. By glorifying God and demonstrating His love as the only true source of hope, real change is possible for those who are in desperate situations. We will continue to serve the communities of Holly, Fenton, and Linden as we expand our ministry into the surrounding areas.

This new property will greatly increase the working space of the Center of Hope. In addition to having a larger food pantry and baby closet there will be more office space, including a new dedicated Moms Ministry office, meeting spaces for groups and individual counseling, and even a small laundry area! All of these services will be in the main building.

Also on the property are three houses that were originally built as a group home for teens. These houses will in time be converted into emergency temporary housing which is a greatly needed resource in our area.

A LOOK AT THE NEW LOCATION

  • The Food Pantry is open! Rather than doing drive-through grocery delivery guests are now able to come inside and choose the items they want. The food pantry occupies the half of the big building that is mostly complete. Still needed is a new drop ceiling and lighting. The office and Baby Closet side of the building remains under construction.

Besides getting a new paint job, the big building now has a loading bay door at the end of the Food Pantry area as well as sliding entry doors where guests can enter the Food Pantry on one side and the Baby Closet (when it's completed) on the other side.
